About Me

I help you uncover your unique strengths and transform feelings of self-doubt into lasting confidence, so you can break free from imposter syndrome and lead your life with clarity and purpose. Imposter syndrome is real, and I’ve lived it. But I’ve also learned that with the right tools and support, you can rewrite the narrative and step into the leader you’re meant to be.

For years, I battled the weight of imposter syndrome. Despite working hard and achieving success, I often felt like I didn’t belong or feared that I wasn’t good enough. Those feelings would creep in during moments where I should have celebrated my progress. Instead, I questioned my abilities and wondered when others would “find me out.” Sound familiar?

The turning point came when I started leaning into my strengths. By focusing on what I was naturally good at instead of trying to fit into someone else’s mold, I began to rewrite the story I’d been telling myself. It didn’t happen overnight, but step by step, I built the confidence to pursue opportunities, take risks, and embrace my true potential.

Today, I use that journey as the foundation for my coaching practice. I’ve been where you are—feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next move. I’ve learned how to break free from those limiting beliefs and step into a life driven by purpose and confidence. My goal is to help you do the same.

Through personalized coaching, we’ll dig into your unique strengths and uncover the tools to silence your inner critic, build self-trust, and create a life you’re proud to lead. No matter where you are in your journey or what challenges you’re facing, I’m here to guide you in finding clarity and unlocking your potential.

Imposter syndrome doesn’t have to hold you back. You don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we’ll chart a course that leads you toward greater confidence, fulfillment, and the belief that you belong right where you are.

Just. Be. Salt. I had the incredible opportunity to attend this year's Global Leadership Summit. At the summit, John Maxwell reminded us that as leaders, we’re called to be the salt in the world. Just as salt enhances flavor and preserves, we are meant to enrich and preserve the lives around us. Being salt isn’t about being loud or forcing change. It’s about adding value through small, intentional actions...whether that’s encouraging someone who needs it or standing firm in your values. Salt...

New Beginnings - New Coaching Hello Friend, It’s been a while, and I’m so excited to share what’s new. Over the past few months, I’ve stepped into a new role in healthcare entrepreneurship, building partnerships that help people live healthier, more whole lives. This new chapter has deepened my belief that real growth starts when we understand ourselves — and move forward from that place of self-awareness. That’s also why I’ve reimagined my coaching practice. I want it to be more accessible,...
